August 2017

We've had a busy couple of months here at Architect Prineas HQ. Here's an update of everything that has been going on behind the scenes.

The recently completed Nano Pad has been invited to be included in an upcoming exhibition at the University of Sydney's Tin Sheds Gallery. The exhibition will explore twenty residential projects that are seen to be exemplars of transformative architecture that produce a high level of amenity within the confines of a small footprint.

The exhibition opens this Thursday, August 10th at 6pm and will run until September 15th.

If you missed the episode, you can catch Eva-Marie Prineas and NSW Government Architect Peter Poulet at the Breeze Block House on TenPlay.

*spoiler alert*

Architect Prineas were thrilled to have the Breeze Block House named runner-up in the NSW episode of the show.

The Architect Prineas team have just returned from a great weekend away in Melbourne where we attended the Design Speaks: Housing Futures Forum along with the HOUSES Awards 17 where the Allen Key House was shortlisted. The conference was an inspiring day of local and international speakers, all of whom sought to challenge the future of residential design in Australia. The Houses Awards were equally as inspiring. It was fantastic to be surrounded by the talent of the Australian residential architecture community and see first hand the best of the last year's residential design. We would like to wish a big congratulations to all the winners!
